The Pursuit of Happiness

No this is not a review of the Will Smith film but the start of a series of thinking around what makes a Happy workforce 

Happiness is a big topic with even the Government forming a team of experts on how they can improve the happiness of people in society. Whilst that could be viewed as political rhetoric companies who have 'happy' people are normally high performing, but how can you get there, what are they key measurement criteria.

We feel that people have to understand and buy in to the meaning and purpose of their company and finally people are looking to develop not just in their roles but also how they can grow as individuals. Get these two areas right and you will certainly be on the way to developing a happy and high performing workforce.
