Joining Kerry Foods

At CA3 we don't just create award-winning onboarding solutions, we also create amazing onboarding content too. As you know, starting a new job can be a daunting experience for anyone. That's why Kerry Foods wanted a welcome video that really got under the skin of the business. One that helped made everyone feel at home, no matter what area of the business they were joining, the location they were based or the role they were doing.

This simple but engaging video was shot over a number of days in the UK and Ireland and features a multitude of people from the Senior Leadership Team to the Catering crew. It's honest, open and engaging - just like everything we create :)
