RBS originally appoached us to look at their graduate onboarding strategy. With a strong brand, they wanted to ensure consistency across the bank, help graduates build their peer networks before day one, and tackle the current trend of graduates accepting more than one job offer. We happily got to work.
Since then, we've also been asked to work on the branding of an entire division of RBS. Aimed at experienced hire, we're in the process of helping re-introduce RBS to the market and dispelling any myths that may have arisen due to the banking crisis.
