Nestlé, part of Nestlé SA, is the world's leading nutrition, health and wellness company. A major player within the UK and Irish food industry, they employ over 8,000 employees across the 23 sites.

Graduates are hugely important to the future success of the Nestlé, and ensuring they get the right graduates applying is pretty high on their list of challenges. That's where CA3 came in, working alongside CAPP to create a more immersive, strenghs-based assessment test that put the c20,000 applicants through real life situations and to see how they would react to them. The aim, of course, to ensure only the very best talent, with the right strengths to succeed at Nestlé, were successful.
